- Submit post-training reports and feedback
- Uphold ZenithEdge’s training standards and methodology
Compensation
- Pay-per-session or revenue share per engagement
- Repeat engagements based on performance
Ideal Candidate
- Background in hospitality, HR, training, or coaching
- Confident public speaker and facilitator
- Passionate about service excellence and people development
- Prior training experience is an advantage
