The Business Development Associate will drive client acquisition by selling ZenithEdge’s consulting services, workshops, and training solutions to organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients (hotels, restaurants, corporates, SMEs)
- Pitch ZenithEdge’s services confidently and professionally
- Close deals or generate qualified leads
- Maintain a simple sales activity and deal tracker
- Represent the ZenithEdge brand with integrity
Compensation
- 20–30% commission per closed deal
- Performance bonuses for hitting monthly targets
- Increased commission for retainers and repeat clients
Ideal Candidate
- Strong communicator and persuasive seller
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Comfortable with outreach and follow-ups
- Background in hospitality, HR, sales, or consulting is an advantage
- Not afraid of commission-based earning
