Customer Experience & Sales Officer

  • Employment Type: Full-time

Role Purpose:

Responsible for managing customer interactions, sales documentation, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless and professional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk-in and online customers
  • Document orders and confirm payments accurately
  • Coordinate order status with Operations Manage
  •  Follow up with customers and manage relationships

KPIs:

  • Sales conversion rate
  • Repeat customer rate
  • Zero missing or incorrect order details
  •  Customer satisfaction feedback

Proposed Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦150,000 monthly + performance incentives

  • All staff will work within defined SOPs and performance expectations
  • Integrity, accountability, and teamwork are non-negotiable
  • Performance reviews will be ongoing
  • Salary progression is tied to performance and business growth
