Financial & Admin Officer
Role Purpose:
To ensure smooth office administration, accurate financial records, and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of company records
- Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and utilities
- Support management with scheduling, correspondence, and reporting
- Assist with staff records and basic HR administrative tasks
Financial Duties:
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records
- Handle petty cash management and expense tracking
- Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
- Assist with invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
- Support budgeting and cost-control activities
- Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures
Requirements & Qualifications
- HND/BSc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in an administrative or finance-related role
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proposed Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦150,000 monthly
