- Location: Operations Manager
Role Purpose:
To support customers with styling, fittings, and presentation while maintaining brand standards and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with styling and fittings
- Support content creation (photos/videos)
- Maintain styling area and garment presentation
- Work closely with sales and operations teams
KPIs:
- Customer satisfaction with fittings & styling
- Reduced fitting errors and complaints
- Contribution to content and brand presentation
Proposed Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦120,000 monthly

- All staff will work within defined SOPs and performance expectations
- Integrity, accountability, and teamwork are non-negotiable
- Performance reviews will be ongoing
- Salary progression is tied to performance and business growth
