Role Purpose:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations, enforcing structure, coordinating staff activities, and ensuring smooth service delivery across all departments. This role is critical to reducing owner dependency and building a disciplined, accountable work culture.

Responsibilities

•  Oversee day-to-day operations of the business
•  Coordinate staff activities and ensure role accountability
•  Implement and enforce SOPs and workflows
• Supervise inventory control, order processing, and dispatch
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and productivity
• Serve as first point of internal escalation for issues
• Ensure deadlines are met and operations run smoothly even in the owner’s absence
• Work closely with Zenith Edge Consulting during the restructuring phase

KPIs:

•  Smooth daily operations with minimal owner intervention
•  Inventory accuracy and proper order tracking
•  Improved staff discipline and accountability
• Daily and weekly sales performance tracking
• Conversion rate from walk-ins and online inquiries
• Reduction in lost sales due to delays, errors, or poor coordination
• Support of repeat purchases through timely order fulfillment

Proposed Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 monthly
